1. Our Commitment to You
1.1 Should the event be cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond the control of DigiLive Events Limited (“we, us, our”), we reserve the right to reschedule the roundtable upon written notice to you. Every effort must be made to attend any rescheduled dates, but if you are unable to attend for whatever reason written notice must be provided within 48 hours of your receiving notice of the rescheduled date.
2. Your Commitment:
2.1 You agree:
(a) to attend the virtual roundtable on the date and the time specified above; and
(b) to complete your profile questionnaire provided by our representative.
2.2 Only named and pre-registered delegates may attend the virtual roundtable.
2.3 Official duration of the roundtable is 90 minutes.
2.4 By confirming your attendance by your signature below we have your permission and consent for us to share your details with other attendees from the roundtable post event to facilitate networking.
2.5 It is a material requirement of your attendance that at the time of the roundtable you are employed for the company specified above. If this is not the case, you must inform us in advance of the roundtable and will be tasked with finding an acceptable replacement.
3. Attendees
3.1 Views expressed by attendees are their own. We cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any participant at the roundtable or in any material provided to delegates.
4. Substitution
4.1 You have been specifically invited to attend this event, and we've tailored the agenda to meet your needs. If for any reason you are unable to participate such as ill health, you agree to work with us to help find a suitable replacement to join instead of you. Please inform us ASAP. We kindly request that any substitute attendee be in a similar position and role within your organization and belong to a department that is relevant to the roundtable's topic and objectives.

5.1 We are committed to keep your data secure and uphold your rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR and in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (E C Directive) Regulations 2003.
